- Freedom of working at your own pace (as long as you are getting the work done) - Getting paid every week - Benefits are decent - Being part of the Specialty Install Group and working on vast models of projects

Cons

- QC team is behind on work and expects you to correct a minor (nitpicky) issue on a unit completed weeks ago while in another city or state. - They don't take in consideration of the amount of time spent away from home and family. - Pay should be better for the work being done and the sacrifices being made. - Level of communication within the company needs to improve. - Only possibility of advancement is if you're living in KC
