      The crew both front of house and back of house are great. Management is really easy to talk to and work around schedules with.

      Cons

      The hours. You will be at work till 5 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
