Pros

Fun menu although time consuming to make everything. This freshness is also its attractiveness. Fun atmosphere if you’re young and can do 10 hour shifts no break barely time for a bathroom break.

Cons

No breaks, ever. Open until 4am, you don’t leave till 530-6. Every store I’ve seen in the southeast has that 1-2 managers that only work mornings. This leaves anyone else coming in to work all nights. Turnover rate at corporate, GM and manager level as well as employees is insanely high. They tell you this is the restaurant industry. That’s not true. Worked places and currently work somewhere that there’s almost no turnover. Their excuses for failures instead of working on them is what makes this company a complete pass for anyone who isn’t desperate. Avoid this place if you value your life and don’t want to live at your job.

Pros

Great food, decent training, decent pay

Cons

Zero work life valance. Corporate is only worried about profit. You will have to work 3 or 4 positions at one time to save labor. You are never set up for success. Super high turn over because Corporate is so bad. Super laye night shifts, some are ooen until 4 am even though there isnt much buisness ofter 2 am. They say you will be running succesfull shifts, but in reality your are grinding out shifts in the kitchen, with zero support, unless you are at a store that has decent sales. 50% of the stores sell less than $50k per week. Some are in the low 30's. Copprate doesnt care to make these stores succesfull they only care about aqueeking out a tiny profit. They do this at the expense of the guests experience, the staffs experience, and your mental health. They are in survival mode and hirirng like crazy. In 4 moths ive seen atleast 4 managers quit, 3 of them new managers. Bonus structure is unachievable.
