Don’t practice what they preach - Restaurant Manager Velvet Taco Employee Review

The Company is focused on expanding so quickly they don’t seem to care about the health and well-being of their staff members and managers in already open restaurants. They only seem to care about the numbers and expanding. Restaurant to Restaurant operations are very inconsistent. One restaurant will run completely different from another. Very little opportunity for growth and development as a manager, feels like a lot of false promises are made from upper management.
