      Good pay, free tacos, that’s all I can think of

      Cons

      Long hours, short staffed so having to manage while be a line cook, take orders, etc can be stressful

      Pros

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
