      good pay, it was 17/hour for a prep cook and 16/hour for cashier

      Cons

      worked over 8 hour shifts and was never given a break, they paid some employed more than others for same positions, and seemed to take advantage of mostly having a younger staff that was not aware of this

      Pros

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
