      challenging, super fresh, no microwaves, no freezer

      Cons

      very late and long hours, exhausting schedules, lacking the people person aspect to the company, thrown to the wolves a lot, company is growing too fast

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
