      Great food, some great people. Growing company.

      Cons

      VERY Late nights, grinding busy times, menu changes often…then revised…then revised again. New upper management is only concerned with taking company public to get their parachute then retire, all while ruining the culture of the brand by being a genuine fake.

      Pros

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
