      Pros

      Free tacos, casual environment, menu is easy to learn. we use the toast pos which is quite easy to use.

      Cons

      HR is terrible! they will not take your issues seriously. managers are held at a lower standard than foh and boh staff. skeleton shifts at some locations leaving you to run the front by yourself. managers will not help you with career advancement either

      Pros

      Great DO for the market who really cares about the team and everyone in each restaurant.

      Cons

      Long hours. Going away from what made VT unique and special in the beginning. Not as fresh as we used to be. More canned items added.
