None at all! It was a demoralizing experience that left me feeling worthless!

Cons

My days were consumed by endless meetings, each one more shameful display of wasted time than the last. It was as if the company's sole purpose was to ensure that its employees never actually got any work done. Instead, we were treated like servants, expected to sit through hours and pointless discussions that could have been easily summarized in an email. The utter disregard for productivity was astounding.

There's absolutely no pros working for this company. Stay away!

Very questionable ethical practices! The CEO has no clue what he's doing and doesn't listen to anyone he thinks is below him. He can't make a decision and stick to it for more than a few weeks before wanting to change things again. Everyday was a nightmare listening to his lies and constant mood changes. Just know that anything they tell you is all lies. There is the constant repetitive phrase from the COO of "he's done this before" to make you think they know what they're doing but they really don't. They just throw stuff at the wall without no research or plan in mind. All the red flags are there, from the first day I saw them, but chose to ignore. Worst mistake I've made. Stay very far away if you value any growth in your future.
