Once you leave this travesty of a company, every day is better, no way to go but up.

Cons

CEO is psychopathic narcissist, loves money, despises people. The things that go on at this company are incredibly absurd. CEO hired one of his girlfriends, gave her a corner office. CEO believes he is a sales wizard, but is clueless when it comes to sales, not one deal closed, CEO hires vendors constantly to assist with marketing and sales, then never pays them. CEO primarily favors hiring heavy drinkers, especially for key leadership roles. CEO hired a boozy scrum master, who was hung over most days. All of this insanity drives good employees away leading to constant turnover.

There's absolutely no pros working for this company. Stay away!

Very questionable ethical practices! The CEO has no clue what he's doing and doesn't listen to anyone he thinks is below him. He can't make a decision and stick to it for more than a few weeks before wanting to change things again. Everyday was a nightmare listening to his lies and constant mood changes. Just know that anything they tell you is all lies. There is the constant repetitive phrase from the COO of "he's done this before" to make you think they know what they're doing but they really don't. They just throw stuff at the wall without no research or plan in mind. All the red flags are there, from the first day I saw them, but chose to ignore. Worst mistake I've made. Stay very far away if you value any growth in your future.
