Expectations unreasonable, there was constant dread of logging in every morning due to the lack of support and training that brought unhealthy toxic executive behavior. Never in my 35 years of my working career have I had the amount of anxiety and unhealthy stress as I did working here. Workflows broken and a complete mess. All peace of mind was lost. What was once a promising future with a growing company, died with the work culture.
