Id rather not - Billing Specialist Ventra Health Employee Review

Minimum interaction with management. I haven't spoken to my direct manager in about a year. I have no idea if what i am doing is up to par. I haven't had a raise in over a year and new employees are staring off at high pay than me and I've worked here for 5 years. They just informed us that 170-180 people will be let go iver the next 6 months and those jobs will be going over seas. This company has really lost quality since merging with 2 other companies.
