1. 90% systems & hardware are outdated. Active systems are built by Oracle Forms/Report. Using Windows 2000/2012. 2. Documents are lost. No user manuals for current systems. Difficult to learn systems. 3. No CI/CD. Even no version control systems. 4. May bring the notebook to home for work if need. Some workers still have to support at Saturdays. 5. Shuttle buses leave on time but frequency are low. You have to prepare more time to get on them. 6. For lunch, there is only 1 canteen in next building. Most of the staffs bring their lunchboxes everyday. Some of them driving out for meal.
