Pros
Used to be great, wonderful atmosphere between co-workers, people helping one another all the time, sadly a lot of great people are leaving these days.
Cons
Not appreciating great people and letting them leave (due to work overload) - a lot of such are leaving these days :/ Salary raise is not every year and not much. They want us to come back to office.
