Pros
The office in San Mateo is very nicely appointed, the lunch they serve is good, and the snacks and drinks are nice. They are always evolving with new products or features to existing products, so you always have new and strong talking points. Most of the senior managers are absolutely incredible individuals whom are amazing to work with on projects and personal development.
Cons
The sales team toxicity is some of the worst I've ever seen. Top sales leadership is inept, and I wouldn't trust this individual to run a lemonade stand. Management sits by and rarely enforce counter measures when AEs sabotage ops for their own good. Leadership is granted based on performance, whether the individual is a good leader or not has nothing to do with this promotion. If you come in and consistently hit your number, you'll be a manager. Toxicity within sales has been a constant with this company since they started, and it just shifts around from one topic to another. The turnover on the sales team also creates chaos when you're trying to establish long term partnerships with customers.
