Pros
As a previous part time employee at Ashburn Village Animal Hospital located in Ashburn, VA, I was present during the merging our clinic had with VetCor. The personnel from VetCor who visited our clinic were very empathetic, understanding and easy to work with for the changes involved in merging our clinic with their corporation.
Cons
As with any merge involved with new management, there were some inevitable challenges associated with changes involved with this new corporation and their style of management. However, these changes were ultimately in the hospital's best interests.
