Learning while you work and building experience.

Cons

A lot of the schooling they are willing to pay for is for only if you are a CVT

Pros

I have none that really stand out. Its not mars?

Cons

They say they wont butt in but its a lie. Toxic management. They push for online pharmacy. Always have to stay over. Very greedy.

Great benefits, but concerning practices allowed

Cons

Declawing, tail docking, and ear cropping is all allowed. Owners are able to bring in a young animal to euthanize without a QOL exam.
