Pros
The engineering org at Vetcove has all the procedural niceties of a big company (best practices, systems that enhance developer experience, etc.) without any of the stifling bureaucracy. If you're looking for experience in shipping high-quality code quickly in a product-focused company, this is one of the best opportunities out there. Work is fast-paced, but certainly not at the expense of work-life balance.
Cons
Not too much - sometimes there are pain points that come with being a growing organization, but the leadership is sincere, tries extremely hard, and responds to feedback quickly!
