Pros

The clients. Resume filler. That's basically it. I cannot say a good thing about this company.

Where to begin? Direct support staff were starting out at $9.40/hr. Then they decided to raise it to $9.45/hr to get more interest. 😂 That's not a living wage. For the amount of hours spent working, driving and responsibilities they had, it's sad. As a coordinator, you make less than $12/hr. As a director, it was less than $16. How can a for profit company pay so little? Raises never happen. You get in trouble if you go into overtime, but when you don't have staff, it happens frequently. HR doesn't take concerns seriously. The CEO never came around to put locations. We were told to lie and play up areas of work when there were tours. This company should absolutely be investigated for misconduct. I know it's the clients that are suffering the most. The uppers have NO idea what's going on at locations. They sit in their offices blissfully ignorant.

I do make it out to most of our locations throughout the year, but at times cannot make it to every site spread over three states. However, our Executive Director for this division is in each and every location every month. We take very seriously our core values, one of which is integrity so I am certain that you have never been told to lie. Each and every employee has my e-mail address as well as my personal cell phone number so if you felt you were not being heard or something needed to change you had all the power in your hands to reach out to me to effectuate change, but instead you chose to remain silent and post an anonymous review full of false statements and rhetoric.

Feels like all of the different programs are pitted against each other Upper management shows great favoritism to certain centers making it difficult to effectively do your job. Toxic people in upper management positions Insurance for a family of 3 was $1000 a month.
