8yI do make it out to most of our locations throughout the year, but at times cannot make it to every site spread over three states. However, our Executive Director for this division is in each and every location every month. We take very seriously our core values, one of which is integrity so I am certain that you have never been told to lie. Each and every employee has my e-mail address as well as my personal cell phone number so if you felt you were not being heard or something needed to change you had all the power in your hands to reach out to me to effectuate change, but instead you chose to remain silent and post an anonymous review full of false statements and rhetoric.
