Back door practices, preferential treatment on assignments, nothing is ever their fault, VERY high turnover. Only interested in what they can bill Medicaid/Insurance companies. Beware- some reviews from current office staff.

Pros

Reasonable hourly pay Easy onboarding process RBT-Client text line

Cons

HR is highly disorganized. They will ask for your availability but won't consider it. They will give you your schedule last minute and expect you to be available or they will go unnoticed until they want to reply to you. They do not reimburse for mileage and you will get varying answers depending on who you ask. They might pay for canceled assignments on a case-by-case determination, but if you do get paid for a canceled assignment, it's only for an hour. Their training is incredibly disorganized that you'll most likely be sitting around for a few hours throughout the day. They also hire unqualified people which lengthens the training. They do orientation almost every week which says a lot about their turnover rate. Needless to say, they will hire you on very easily. All questions you ask HR will have a different answer depending on who you ask. Pay is reasonable and they do take into consideration your experience and education but note what I mentioned above. Their pay is biweekly on Mondays. BCBAs and other RBTs are very nice. The HR/Admin staff are nice on a personal level but extremely incompetent in a professional setting. Work schedules: They will say you can get a higher amount of hours but realistically, they won't assign you those hours. There were experienced RBTs in the office sharing they had no assigned work hours currently or were working 12 hours a week.
