Lack of Communication and Concern for COVID - Behavioral Health Technician View Point Health Employee Review

Please be aware... most of upper management has issues with recognizing that they have issues. A lot of upper management are non- responsive to the concerns that are affecting their employees. There is lack of communication between members of upper management which trickles down to regular employees. There is a lack of accountability from the top. If you chose to accept an offer for employment here, please understand that there are negative consequences passed down to those who stick up for themselves and assert that management respect boundaries.
