If I could give a zero I would. First of all, if the president says "We are like family, that is the first indication to run." They have laid off so many people, they are racists, and there is no room for promotion unless you hop on one foot and pat your belly at the same time. Terrible leadership, all smoke and mirrors, but hey, it's a job where they make you feel valued until. If you're not into that kind of thing, this is not the place for you.
