Colleagues are helpful, fun and kind. There is a great collaborate spirit that drives the business forward. All ideas are welcome and encouraged no matter the source. I feel recognized for my efforts and Management genuinely cares about me as a person. Virtu is more than a place to work it is a family.

Cons

Hours can be long especially when you first join as there is a lot to take in and you are expected to get up to speed quickly.
