Pros
There are some good people.
Cons
I’ll just skip poor wlb part as there are plenty comments about it. Management has little attemp to promote shared understanding of business goal and decision. Understandably increased politics after mergers but on the other hand, unclear path for career development as they want it to be 'flat', even though number of employee bumps 5x. Pay is miserable compared to similar prop shops. No transparency on year-end comms. Numbers were so embarrassing that they had to split performance talk last year and held it beforehand. Read more about that on blind. Quite a few left including senior roles since then. Benefits are standard/similar to others but without 401k matching. In summary, not a good place for career growth and definitely not a good choice for either wlb or comp.
