- Lots of autonomy - Firm values technical competency - People are nice - Comp is good - Flat structure, which can be a good or bad thing depending on individual

Cons

- Workload can be overwhelming sometimes - Could be more funds to help with wellness / mental health during the year instead of just the yearly bonus - Flat structure can lead to sometimes not knowing exactly which work to prioritize - There can be some culture clashes due to the fact that Virtu acquired some other companies
