Pros

Smart co-workers, competitive compensation, interesting projects, good benefits, stylish off-sites. West coast location slightly more laid back than the typical financial pressure cooker. The good news: lunch is free and its good.

Cons

It's still a pressure cooker. Big bonus may be dangled and not necessarily delivered according to actual contribution. The bad news: eat lunch chained to your desk, not negotiable. Pointless long hours, not negotiable. A veneer of humility does not disguise the toxic culture.
