Friendly, humble culture || Very talented people || Low overhead: few meetings, no layers of management, people are trusted to do good work || Collaborative atmosphere: reducing risk or improving productivity are rewarded || No "leveling up" through promotions || Lots of variety and fast pace- few people wearing many hats and iterating very quickly. Great opportunity for learning || No clients, so (almost) no deadlines - hence no pressure or stress ||

You must be driven and self-motivated to do well here || Longish hours. Weekends (markets closed) and evenings (offices around the world) are yours, though
