Pros
There was a lot of room for growth, both personally and professionally. The team culture was very close-knit and personable. If you enjoy traveling there is paid travel, although you might have to share a room of a person of the same gender.
Cons
Management was very poorly structured. There was blatant favoritism shown to employees in certain positions, most likely because this company hires mainly through close connections. There are several family members working closely with each other. There were several situations that really were handled poorly by management. Employees were scared to speak up to management about wanting time off or other issues. I have heard they've improved, but still there is still issues deep within their culture. Also in regards to travel, be aware that you may stay in some less than desirable hotels if you are traveling with a manager.
