Pros
A lot of snacks (more than anywhere else I've worked), a lot of PTO, and the products that you work on are very cool and will genuinely help people. There are also some really nice and awesome people here, but unfortunately few of them are in management.
Cons
The management is horrible. They will laugh at you if you're struggling on a task (not exaggerating) and will constantly belittle your work. If you like being stressed and anxious constantly this is the place for you. Agile methodologies at their worst and if you bring something into a sprint you're expected to finish it within your estimated timelines regardless of how bad those estimates are. Management shows clear favoritism to those in the "family" and will promote people who do things management personally is interested in rather than those who put in the work. They also have no loyalty to their staff, you can be laid off at any time. There's a reason most of the people working here have been at the company less than a year. Also they got rid of remote/WFH and yet some workers get special treatment and are allowed to anyway. Managers are also never there for your scheduled one on one's. Also expect to be give lots a varying tasks regardless of your skill set.
