      Nice HQ facility, good colleagues.

      No apparent long term strategy, little career opportunities due to focus on downsizing, poor communication from leadership - if long term strategies were shared it may better motivate high performing employees. Recognition of employee performance dependent on individual managers

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
