9yThanks for the feedback. We are listening -- as evidenced by our interaction here -- and sometimes offer a perspective that others might value in response to statements. Not trying to save face or ignore the valid concerns that are posted here -- perception is someone's reality and we get that.
One other data point: There are hundreds of initiatives going on in response to the survey, including training for all managers. That is aimed at exactly your point about working to improve.
