Pros

Pay was Ok and the campus was nice. There are some great working level employees trying to make things right with bad management decisions. Other than that there isn't too much positive to say about Visteon.

Cons

Too many upper level managers that have no leadership skills or abilities to be role models. Still way too many old Ford carryover managers that have no clue how to be a supplier. Lots of pay and perks for the top levels with only medoicre ones coming back to those at the bottom. Benefits continue to be whittled away and the burden passed onto the employee. Lots of people doing multiple jobs because many that have left haven't been replaced. Lots of things that we used to do now slip off the table due to lack of resources. No longer a manufacturing compay in the US with minimal NA manufacturing capabilities, so global capabilies is no longer a fitting statement. Putting lots of their eggs in the China basket, hope the basket was made in the USA as the bottom might fall out.

Pros

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
