Pros
Visteon treats their people well and is run by earnest people. Visteon Village has to be in the upper 10% of worksites, really designed to encourage inspiration. Not only was the layout very attractive but it also encouraged employee collaboration.
Cons
Upper management didn't understand the fragility of our condition and was too slow to react. The company has traditionally been top heavy with senior managers and directors tripping over each other. Serious reductions in force should have occurred years earlier than they did.
