Pros
-Work was fast paced and challenging; -Systems were decent; -Learning was a staple of the role which meant I got a lot of experience for my time; -Some of the smartest people in the automotive industry work here; -Good location with a good work environment (trails to walk, good scenery, a gym).
Cons
-Terrible pay; -Company outlook is poor and everyone is afraid of loosing their job, this creates a terrible culture; -When someone leaves or a position is eliminated, management just delegates out the work to the already stretched staff making it impossible to work less than 60+ hours a week; -Upper management is very narrow minded and they are not open to change or suggestions from lower level employees; -There was zero recognition given for process improvement and additional workload; -Management made promises they did not keep (in regards to promotions in a given time period); -The international aspect of the company is terrible - zero coordination.
