      Pay was good, rotaional assignments in the beginning

      Cons

      promos are based on favoritism, not on perfomance, must be willing to relocate, Executives not willing to make the hard decisions.

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
