      Pros

      If you are looking for a place to keep your head down, do your job, and have the free time to pursue other activities and pursuits, then Visteon is not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      If you care about doing a good job and desire to move you and your team forward, find another workplace. People are far more reactive than proactive, where the OEM's definitely call the tune and Visteon management chooses to bend over further and further and further. No long term vision, lots of buzzwords, and senior management making out like bandits while they continue to lay people off and close businesses.

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
