CEO is one of their main issues. Most of the guys came from Harman and got themselves promoted to Manager. Ranked Technical Leads are not that technically sounded. HR is virtually non-existent. #During Covid, our CEO came and said no one would get fired but internally they were trying to force resignation. Many lost their job and on top of that, they were losing 20% of their salary as covid pay cut even though they were serving the notice period. They messed severance for most of the guys. And as I said HR is non-existent, they have no balls to question unethical things that were piped down from the chain of command. Work-life balance does take a hit.
