      Pros

      Visteon was once a great place to work. Dynamic, fluid and a leader in the supplier base. But leadership, specifically HR leadership, has taken it apart.

      Cons

      HR is Sr. Directors and above. No one to actually do the work and support the employees. No one in HR cares about employees. At all. And leadership doesn't hide this fact. And these reviews are hilarious in their obvious untruths. HR must be busy on these.

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
