Pros

Good people who want to make a difference. Opportunity to have a voice in what you do.

Cons

Continual reorganizations. Continual reminders from upper management that NA employees don't matter. Problems happen elsewhere globally and NA employees pay the price (such as salary taking a forced 1 week temporary layoff with half pay...but your work still has to get done). No training, few opportunities for growth.

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
