      Pros

      Great work/life balance policies. Great people to work with. Outstanding work location in Van Buren, MI

      Cons

      9 years of no profits, then bankruptcy. Still in bankruptcy (although plan to emerge may be solid). Lack of vision in product lines and Senior Management. Tremendous brain drain in last 5 years.

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
