Good for those starting a career just to get some quick experience or those finishing out a career and looking for a bonus to stick around until the doors close.

Cons

No future and local employers know those who could leave have left already so not a good place to be if you want to spend the rest of your career in the local market.

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
