Good people in the Holland, MI area. Great products (Mazda Connect System)!!! The area is A+ (all four seasons with great beaches).

Cons

Lack of corporate support for the work that needs to be done. Former bankrupt company still acting like a bankrupt company.

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
