Just one thing that you'll have a tag saying that you have worked for Tier-1 supplier. There is no other advantage of working here.
Cons
Main Con here is no proper process followed for example you'll be assigned with some task and in middle of no where you'll be asked to do some other task . The previous task deadline won't change and you have to work on weekends to achieve this . Management is the worst I have ever seen , No proper process followed while getting candidate into the project not even basic knowledge is getting checked . Such a nightmare for any team to have such zero talented candidates. Strangely I have seen so many people in higher management that have Zero knowledge but showing off with the designation . CRAP !!! only one word will describe my entire experience
