Pros

Very flexible hours and personal time. Managers do not care about employees time schedule as long as it does not cause issues.

Cons

Nowhere to go. Lots of cronyism in management rank. Lower level gets the work with no recognition, but "inner-circles" kept being promoted. Apathy is everywhere.

Pros

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
