There are pros but everything is overridden by the company's poor work - life balance

Cons

1. No Work-Life Balance 2. You do not get personal space. Managers call employees in their personal number nights and weekends and asks you to login. 3. Forget your personal life 4. In order to satisfy the higher management people are made to work on all weekends. 5. You are expected to be on duty 24/7

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
