Cons

Small salary progression; No yearly bonuses; No yearly goals or deep evaluation if you are reporting to a local manager; If you report to someone from another country you might be valued; Stock options are given to some managers, but stock policies is not clear. Nothing is given to employees

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cons

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
