Technical learning Good colleagues Ok Salary

Cons

Worst work life balance Working till midnight is a common practice Not enough time to ramp up knowledge for projects Overloading employees with too many tasks and yet enforcing strict deadlines Managers are not understanding. After maternity leave they fill timesheet for 7 hrs to show how considerate they are, but in reality have to work more than 10 hrs at least.

Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
