Been here going on 5 years now. No plans to leave. Company has made great strides the past couple of years in employee engagement. Still more initiatives are planned thanks to a new HR department. Management is deliberate about treating employees as people - not numbers - which is refreshing.

Cons

Highly regulated environment - strict adherence to written processes is required.

None. Seriously, run. They hire recent college grads to try to extract as much as they can from you before you quit and before you know your worth. One of the senior people in charge is actually an idiot and doesn’t understand how anything works, yet she keeps falling up because she licks managements booty.

Cons

Literally everything is horrible about this place.
